Children & Youth Ministries

Throughout the year, the youth of Samaria are invited to be a part of activities which encourage building friendships as well as learning about service through Christian activities. Some past activities have included pizza and movie night; overnight lock-in with adult leaders; family and friends activities. Our youth help out with delivering food to the NC Food Bank, with weekend Food Pantry participation, and other activities that can be planned.

Samaria has volunteers who are available for our nursery and for young children during Sunday School and Worship.

Worship is a time for all of us to join together and we are a congregation that welcomes children to sit with their family or join one of our Children’s Church groups or the infant/toddler nursery. During the regular worship hour our children participate in the Children’s Sermon prior to leaving for group study with volunteer youth leaders.
